Producers Annual Stockholders Meeting will be held on Monday, October 9, 2023 at Reed Arena on the Texas A&M University campus. Doors to Reed Arena floor will open at 5:30 pm. Dinner lines will open at 6:15 pm and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. This Stockholders Meeting is for members only. Special tickets are REQUIRED for entry into Reed Arena for the meeting, as this is a private event. Texas A&M will be on Fall Break during the Annual Meeting, so readily available parking can be found in all Lot 100 sections that surround the arena. Handicapped Parking is located at the main entrance (Lot 102) on the east side facing Kyle Field.
